The location was good, but the property was average, staff was good but the food was horrible and with limited options

Location is very good, Facility is also good no any complain room allao very good. But the suggestion is to improve Food quality, Play area to be cleaned . pool need to clean and operational circulation of water was no started and cleaned not good lot of ant beatles and grasshopper even snake found in pool. play are table tennis and snookers room to repaired properly fan and more lights to be fitted . overall area lighting to be improved. grass to be cut on regular intervals Location is very good, Facility is also good no any complain room allao very good. I demand a refund for my stay. 1. I made the booking on the evening of 4th of July for a night. This mean I am looking forward to spend the night at the hotel. I reached the resort at 2am. I had called the property at 11pm to tell we are coming. Still when we arrived, the person at the reception was very ill mannered. He asked us to leave our ids with him until morning. This is not the right legal ask. He said if you want your id back then keep waiting for an hour (until 3am). He said he had to go to fetch keys for office etc and it would take an hour and before that he was not allowing us in. We told him that either we can email you the id or you take copies- he was so ill behaved. The video footage can show you. 2. Our booking was for three guests in a mountain facing room. We were given an unkept room, bed filled with ants. I had ants in my hair and we kept wiping them as we were so tired. Also the room C101 is not mountain facing and doesn’t have a king size bed. When we asked at the reception, he said because we came late so all room had been filled. Why did our booking got confirmed when the desired room was not vacant? We had no choice but to stay in an unkept room with poor facilities and ants. We selected make my trip for this urgent trip so that we get a comfortable night stay. Please look into this matter urgently.

Wonderful stay at LA Tigre resort. The property is conveniently located and has courteous staff. Rooms are big and cosy, ideal for short break or even longer.

one of the worst property. Never book this property..unclean stealth rooms. unclean blanket with blood stains in it. Lights hanging and twinkling. They don't have an electrician to change the bulbs. Water logging in the bathroom. No Bonfire inspite of promises made which was false. Food is not eatable and not t at all healthy and tasty. You don't have anywhere to eat and have to eat whatever rotten food they give you. Freeze is a showpiece. Staff is too unpleasant.

the experience with latigre resort located in marchula was awesome. The rooms were clean, the staff was supportive and the food was especially tasty with different varieties. I stayed there for 2 nights with my wife. I will come again with my family in latigre resort.

Worst ever resort to stay in this pricing, call were not responded for services, food quality is worst, shown amenities are not available, local acs has been installed in rooms, which got failed at mid night, unhygienic atmosphere.

Wonderful place to visit with family. Nearby river and peaceful environment. I booked on mm t and rooms were neat and clean, same as showing in pictures. Nice breakfast and dinner.

Swimming pool was not clean on day 1, on day 2 they closed it. No complimentary mineral water bottles were provided till the time i asked them to. Room service was extremely slow. Took more than an hour to get my lunch order that too after repeatedly calling reception helpdesk. Kettle provided in the room was not working and one of my kids got electric shock while trying to get hot water. It was replaced on second day. Eve y resort provides complimentary tea and evening snacks, however according to them it was not part of package and was chargeable

My experience was satisfactory though some areas where some work has to be done. More maintenance of property is required. Food was good and views from the property were awesome. Hospitality was good and staff was decent.

Pool water was very dirty, and they served old heated food of very poor quality. When we asked them to change the same they said that the cook is not available.

Our stay was good, initially the villa offered was not clean, ants crawling, untidy floor and sofa was torn with untidy covers. We asked for a different villa to which they agreed and it was much better and clean. Hospitality was good, dining area and food was good but there were bees after a certain time flying on the salad if left unattended. Bathrooms were clean and tidy but the toilet seat was loose and needed plumbing the whole sheet was out. They attended us quite nicely and everything was made available whenever asked for. The property is quite beautifully buil, overall we had a good stay.

Too far from jungle, totally in remote area they promised to provide wifi but there was no wifi no network book premium room but not worth as compared to prices not a good vibe. Food was good but little expensive. Too much restrictions as being a group not worth spending on this property.
