Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travel-led with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in chennai.

We traveled from US. Since my in-laws place is small for our family and all our luggages. We were looking for safe family hotel stay. We saw different hotels but instantly loved the ambiance and elevation of Layalee. It’s in the best accessible location cabs are available within 2 mins. ATMs/shops/A2B all within couple of mins. I booked initially for a day to try the quality of the services.. No mosquitoes.. The room set up, cleanliness of the bathroom, wardrobe, and all set up pretty decent. The in-house restaurant is pretty awesome. Front desk staff and maintenance is pretty good. We reported on smoke smell once and it was gone within few mins. We feel safe and comfortable to stay with our 11 year old daughter. We extended our booking for a week now and planning to extend for another week….My daughter loves it especially to snuggle and unwind after a long day… Am boasting myself to have booked this stay in Layalee, which made this India trip so much more smoother. We got so many things done as well feel rested.

The breakfast menu for the two days seems to be the same. Ac seems to be a common one and cooling takes longer than usual. Fan facility are also not available.

Hotel is not very expensive. It’s near to guindy a good location. Several it companies and industries are in the same location and anyone wants to stay for official purpose it’s convenient. Hotel staff are very helpful. Rooms are decent. Only issue i found is with the water. It’s hard. They have a restaurant. Food is average but not expensive.
