Review Of Layam Homestay

The home stay is good for family. It’s duplex house. The house has two floor ground and first floor. Home is well maintained and no person or care taker was available, everything was on phone. Only one car can be parked. Overall it’s very good.

We stayed there for a day. The location is manageable if other facilities are supportive. A kettle was provided but there wasn't tea/coffee powder. No mirrors inside the rooms..There was only one remote for the AC's fitted in both the rooms. Repeated request to the attender and the owner yielded no result. The washroom was common in one of the rooms and that needs to be mentioned properly in the advertisement. Overall, with great difficulty we can give average marks..

The room was maintained hygienically. The homestay people were friendly and helpful. The homestay is a around 2 kms away from the town. Finding Hotel for food is a bit far. Apart from that, overall a good place to stay.

Nice stay and cooperative support from the owner everything is fine but just suggestion of bathrooms are cleaned then it’s very perfect home stay

Location is a residential locality with narrow road from the main road. For food have to come to town about 1.5 kms where all are available. Services were average.

I didn't check in having seen the location. It is located in narrow lanes. Not nearer to temple. I hv asked for cancellation of the booking n refund. I don't recommend to any one else.

I had a good no actually a better stay at lay-am homestay. The rooms washroom were so neat and clean. Only thing is that it is difficult to find the stay because there was no board sign of the stay. That was the only thing that have to work on. Overall a very good stay at lay-am homestay.

Don't depend on google map directly. We should first reach chidambaram temple south gate. Then search for google map for the property. It is located in residential area and streets are narrow to travel in car. Car parking facility is available. The property owner is nice person and helped me reaching destination. Amenities are good.

Except for the location, the remaining all are good. Room small but clean. Booked for 2 adults and 2 kids, but the bed given is small and doesn't have close wardrobes. The good thing is that no other people were there, so we felt free in the entire house. Otherwise, the room is small for a family.

Very Nice ambiance and spacious for big families like 6-8 members. Amenities are good pleasent climate.

We just love the stay. Perfect for a short stay. Just 1 km from the temple. Neat and clean place to stay
