The service was very good. Staff response was also very fast and food was tasty. Amenities is very good and maintained nicely. Location also in center very asses any vehicle easy.

Stay here for 3 days. Their hospitality was good. Mr. Goutham who gave a warm welcome to us and explained the do's & don't s of the hotel. Rooms are cleaned & well maintained. Staffs were polite and reachable at all time. Situated in walkable distance from munnar bazzar. I don't feel anything negative about this hotel.

The stay at hotel was comfortable. The hotel has a restaurant were we can have food. It's promimate to munnar town. Room service also excellent

It is very good hotel particularly the staff behaviour are excellent. Specially mr. Doglus, ms. Nitya and mr. Prem(manager. It is neat and clean and very approachable to all places.

A Golden retreat in center of Munnar

I really appreciate the hotel management with the service they provided. Even though my check in date got postponed due to personal reasons, the hotel contacted me proactively and confirmed my stay and booking. Thanks a lot. Room was quite spacious and very clean. Compliments on their breakfast menu. Would definitely like to visit again in future

Very nice place to stay with family. Not many facilities are available but rooms are neat, big enough and clean. Staff is very courteous. Special mentions for Murugan. Thanks and keep up the good work

I stayed for 3 nights with my friends. The location is very good. Hotel restaurant food needs improvement but nearby restaurants are good.

Le celestial Munnar value for money

We stayed as part of new year evening on 2020. We didn't use restaurant service, so no comments. 5-star rating for staff cooperation and behavior. Excellent support. Rooms are okay. Breakfast can be included as a standard feature. Conveniently located and everything in and around 200 meters. New year DJ on 31st night was given as surprise and we enjoyed. Thanks to Le Celestial team.
