Great Location, Amazing Hospitality, Clean Spacious Room
The homestay is located in a prime location, with coakers walk, bryant's park and other major shopping streets and restaurants just a walking distance away. There is ample parking space too. The housekeeping staff libnoos was extremely helpful and so was the owner Leslie. 10/10 recommendation

Average Stay
Clean room and restroom. Room service anytime available. Hot water available. But not worth the price paid 3700 for 1 room 1 night. Very small room and restroom. Parking would be an issue as it has 10 rooms and parking space to park just 2 cars. I felt it was not a mountain view room. I could see road only. Room is worth only 2k per night. For 3700, we should have balcony, centre table, chairs etc.

Fulfill My Expectations
I stayed two nights and one day with my family, the cottage located in ramb area, nearby Cockers walk. Hot water available in 24/7 , Food also good. Cottage owner and working person's also very kind and helpful. I suggest to the cottage please improve more neatness.

Our stay at Le Charmin Homestay is really wonderful. Very much polite staff and good hospitality. Worth staying. Owner of the property is very sensible person and would like to help his guests to his best. One more thing food is very much homely. Thanks Mr.Leslie and his team.

The stay was good, and the host was quite cooperative. Coaker's walk was at a walkable distance. Highly recommended.

Excellent Stay
Hotel is mainly in prime location which is 600m to bus stand. Hotel room are spacious and clean. Hotel staff also good and helpful.

Requesting refund for the property booked on 30th september in kodaikanal.
I did not even stay a minute in the property. I booked this property by looking into the pic shown. But the room allocated was in the down stairs and the steps was steep. My mother is elderly person and she was not able to use the steps as it was not that much safe. The compound was not properly built. It was just covered with some sheet i think. If missed we will fall into the drainage. The owner of the property was good enough to make things better for us but again we had this problem and we had a 9 month old baby and she will sleep only in the hanging bed. There was no provision in the window like grills or any iron rods so that we had a hanger like thing which we can place on the window grill and use it as a bed for my baby. Over all it was totally disappointed and was told that no refund will be given. I read the policy but it is something i request that at least if 50% of the amount is refunded it will be useful for me.

The room you booked was deluxe and since you brought an extra guest we thought of helping you by giving you an larger room on the same cost and you can not expect all the room to have a grill all around the rooms for tying ropes in X direction for the infant to sleep and we offered a cradle for the baby to sleep. We had many guests stayed and had a very great reviews. We want to address your concerns about drainage near the property ,Please don't give a false review about the drainage and there is no such drainage near the property and we are proud to tell you that we are 100% refrenceable customers. We make sure they are comfortable,safe and feel home away from home. . We take pride in maintaining a clean and pleasant environment, and we can assure you that there is no issue in the vicinity. Great location, perfect sta and wonderful people
groupThe accommodation was good, clean and specious providing a cozy and comfortable environment throughout my stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation, making it convenient to explore the area. One standout feature was the drinking water provided. familyProperty is located near to kodaikanal lake. One can have nice view of the city from the room. Feel homely. Spacious & well maintained rooms. Food may be taken from nearby restaurant. Services is fine. Overall nice & pleasant stay.

Best homestay at kodaikanal in heart of the city.
The homestay was very clean and tidy and we enjoyed the campfire with nice songs. The food was really tasty homefood. The owner leslie and his wife elvina took care of us and they have maintained the property very well. The boys there are very helpful l and the make sure you are very comfortable

Excellent Stay
The room is situated near to the town itself. But beware of some one ways to access the rooms. Rooms were well maintained and akash the staff/caretaker is very supportive.

Perfert homestay. Great ambience
It's a great and a pleasant stay. It's located in heart of the city. The homestay is very clean and tidy. We completely enjoyed the stay. Its a home away from home. The food tasted very homely and very hygiene. The owner (leslie)is very nice, he calls and checks if we are comfortable. Akash took care of us very well. He gave us everything what we need. Very good location of the property.
Located at the center of the city. Well maintained property and the rooms are near and clean. Staff is very humble. Had some connectivity issues in the tv programs which was rectified very soon. Facilitated properly for reaching the location.
