Great ambience and comfortable stay

The hotel is located in the heart of the french quarter. It is in close proximity to all the cafes as well as the rock beach. The hotel has in house restaurants as well as a bakery. Great ambience. The in-house restaurants have a great menu spread and offers delicious food items. Great customer service. All the happening places in the french quarter are within walking distance.

We stayed at le chateau for two days, the room was very spacious and the housekeeping staff were very humble and friendly. The free breakfast qualify was also excellent

Family trip

We had a good stay in le chateau. Room size is good. Old vintage look. The price is bit higher. The breakfast is good. Cleanliness is well maintained. Parking is an issue and all parking is on road. Separate parking space is not available. Room location is very good, very near to beach just 700 m away.

My stay at Le Chateau

It was a wonderful stay at Le Chateau which is very close to the beach. The room was rather small, but since I was a solo traveller, I didn't mind. It was clean and neat, bed very comfortable, sheets clean. Enjoyed complimentary cookies and chocolates in the evening, that was a surprise. The staff was good and polite. So no complaints. I fully enjoyed my holiday here.

Good stay with a little noise issue

Getting better year after year

I had last stayed here in 2015, and I must say, it was a great place to stay then and even better a place to stay now. They have improved in terms of adding a bakery and restaurant, menu has more variety and the food is absolutely delicious. The staff is amazing, then and now, we recognized each other and we were shown around. If the staff hasn't changed in the last four years, the owner of the hotel has to be doing something right. Everybody is courteous and always ready to help. It's a home away from home for me in Pondicherry. Thank you guys!
