Staff behaviour was very good. Even-though there were some mild problems with electricity, the staff worked hard to rectify some of the problems. Food was also very good

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Friendly and helpful receptionist and staff. Food was good. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Me and my family members had a wonderful day and night at le col-lines resort at vagamon of idukki district in kerala. The character and behaviour of all the staffs was excellent. Our room with attached balcony have us a beautiful and wonderful view of mountains and valleys and teraines of vagamon from le col-lines resort. Food and accommodation and swimming pool was also fantastic. My only suggestion is that the approach off road from main road to le col-lines resort had many gutters with many cracks and this road needs to be tarred immediately. Thank you make my trip and le col-lines resort vagamon.

The resort is superb and splendid. It has the best view from their balcony. They serve nice breakfast also. To reach the resort we have to travel through a harsh road apart from that the cleanliness, amenities and everything is up to the mark.

The property and the view was too good! great service, amazing view with an infinity pool, spacious rooms with a balcony. The last stretch of the road to reach the property was a bit rough though.
