An Average Stay , Expected a Bit More from a 5-Star Property
While the property is spacious and the ambiance quite elegant, the service left something to be desired.
One noticeable shortfall was the lack of basic in-room amenities, such as complimentary coffee sachets and snacks, which are usually standard in hotels of this category. Having stayed at places like Mayfair, where such thoughtful provisions are always taken care of, the difference was felt quite clearly.
