Excellent Stay! Very clean & hygiene rooms and toilets infact whole property is well maintained. The food is great! Friendly and kind supportive Le Sancta. lovely person, taking care of our stay.

We had an awesome stay at this property and it exceeded our expectations.  From pre arrival to checkout it was seamless and exceptional!  Ajosh knows his craft and it's reflected in the experience and I would highly recommend anyone visiting Marayoor to stay at his place and experience it.  The property is located on the main road towards Kanthalloor from Marayoor, 2km from Munnar Udumalaipettai SH.  The room - much bigger than the usual ones you come across in a homestay. He's loaded the room with an extra large family bed which can easily accommodate 3 adults. Plus a spacious private balcony with a panoramic view of Kanthallor area. Perfect for an unwinding with a cup of coffee! There is a spacious attached bathroom with 24x7 running hot water.  The food - the highlight! As a professional chef in his previous avatar, Ajosh made some tasty Kerala food for dinner and breakfast, per our request. Everything stood one better than the other and we found it difficult to finish it.  There are 3 rooms on the top floor, all for renting out with private access from outside. So, there is no way the family, who stays on the ground floor, gets affected. There is parking for 2 cars inside the compound and another 2 more on the driveway just outside.  As a long timer in Marayoor, he knows the details and can arrange reliable jeep safari which we availed during the stay. Overall, a memorable stay and money well spent!

The homestay at marayoor was great. The property is located in a place where we could able cover both marayoor as well as kanthalloor. The rooms were big enough to accompany 3 people and services provided are also good. The view from the balcony is something especially at night times. The care taker/owner was very good and polite. Really appreciate the effort he is putting into customer sevices. Really enjoyed the stay.

Excellent view from the room. Worth traveling to the spot. Service from a josh care taker is excellent. He made sure the stay was very comfortable. The food provided was very good. All the food prepared is homemade. He also gave us correct information on the local tour.
