It's am wonderful stay,food was awesome, guent welcoming un forgot able nice room cardamom plantations walk awesome property very neet and clean very friendly staff,balcony view was superb morning complimentary breakfast buffet is very tasty and wonderful

Good place to visit with family. The rooms were decent. The swimming pool was also good and the kids enjoyed it. Service was okay.

1. The property is 33 kms far from munnar main city 2. ⁠this place does not get chillness as like proper munnar. As per locals understanding only properties with in 5-6 kms enjoys and feels the climate. 3. ⁠Food is toooooo costly . I paid dinner charges of Rs 2000 for 5 people . 4. ⁠No morning tea available . Property says there is tea / coffee pack and water boiler in room . But that does not works for all. 5. ⁠breakfast gets ready only at 8 AM. 6. ⁠they do not provide soaps/comb/ towel as per number of persons . We have to ask for it . 7. Overall property not worth for the value paid per night! 8. Additional travel additional K M expenses for going to sight seeing as all places that side of munnar and this property is opp side make it irrelevant 4.

Hi team , Staying was good . But service was too bad. See I have paid breakfast and dinner in package in MakeMyTrip . But whatever we asked they were said not available. Service everything was too bad . In reception incharge girl was not passionate at all. Whatever we asked we felt like rude behaviour was odd to us. It’s seems like scam to us. Here after I won’t book at makemytrip.

Stay was good. But the food was average. Can be improved. All the staff were good and kind. A special mention to mr. Bibin - the manager
