not good properly at all. rooms are not cleaned , bed sheets are old dirty , hotel not cleaned at all

No proper maintenance and No response from the hotel management side. Very poor quality of room cleaning and service

Very dirty and poorly maintained. Bedsheets were dirty. No buffet available. Remotely located. Staff standing on reception was smelling bad appears that he had not taken bath for many days

room was very small and the swimming pool need major maintenance and repairing

Lee crystal hotel is well located in mahabalipuram. Close to unesco sites, 20kms drive from the hotel. Bus stand is just outside the hotel n almost all buses pass the unesco sites. It's 2 hr drive to pondicherry n 20kms drive to ecr, chennai. Rooms were clean n linen was also good. But staff is v unprofessional n need to be trained well. Front office managertabreez was v rude, unprofessional n bad behaviour towards guests. All the cleaning staff was hanging around n sitting at the reception on the sofas in the lobby. Food was good n had some well behaved staff to look after the guests. Country club has some good properties but are unable to manage n maintain them mainly due to lack of professional staff. Suggest should give the management outside to keep the property in good condition. Also the rooms are v basic need to furnish them tastefully with good furniture n upholstery.

One star because the only thing nice about the resort is the pool. The area around it is unsafe and bad. You'll get crazy stares if you are an outsider and you step out of the resort. We checked online and it showed that there is in-house bike rent service but they denied when we reached there. They showed in -house bar but they denied saying "bar license is expensive so we don't have it. They don't have laundry service as well. Rooms are below average and unhygienic. The bathroom has got fittings from the stone age. Reception people hardly pick up the call. The staff itself is in the holiday mood. Everyone knows nothing of what they're doing or supposed to be doing. Stay away!

Worst food. They gave expired food and makes food poision. They talk rudely and not listening us.

budget friendly and room service also good especially food from their restaurant is very good amenities like bed are good swimming pool is neat and clean

It was a value for money for us. Good ambience, and satisfactory room n food service. We had good time in swimming pool and food was of good taste. Altogether would recommend this a good place to stay with family or couple or friends at walkable beach location.

Booked this stay based on google reviews, when comparing to their price it is not good, no proper maintenance in the room, not satisfied

It was very good and couple friendly. Swimming pool was maintained neat. The place is very safe. Me and my husband had a good stay.

Tv is not working and restaurents are opening and calling on phone no response. We have to give the order to reception

Room was not good, bed was stinking, washroom was also stinking. Poor quality western toilet pot. Towel was not good. Cart was shaking while sleeping.

Hotel was not up to the mark! rooms were smelly and restrooms doors were dirty with scaling and there were dead cockroaches in the room! after room service, used plates were not removed until next day, no ventilation from room, therefore food smell was there in room for very long time! overall, dissatisfied with this hotel!

The rooms are very dull. The rooms look old with least services being provided. Yet they are charging so much per day for such gloomy old rooms. Washrooms are the worst part i must say.

Rooms were neat and clean. Service was very good. Staff were friendly. But ac is not upto expectation.
