Food was ok and reasonable cost location also good but facilities were not up to the mark as they have charged

I had booked a 1-night stay through MMT but needed to extend it for one more night. I informed the night receptionist, and he told me I could book either online or directly. I also asked if I needed to complete the formalities right then, and he said it could be done in the morning. The next morning, with about 15 minutes left before checkout, I went to the reception. A different person was there, and while I was discussing the extension, the manager joined in. he responded saying I had been upgraded to a deluxe room (even though I had booked a standard room). While talking to me, he was also working on the computer, and within 2 minutes, the same room showed as unavailable online. It seemed very clear that the manager had intentionally made the room unavailable to prevent me from booking it online and instead forced me to pay directly. When I pointed this out, he casually said that maybe the rooms had sold out. This was extremely unprofessional. I had no choice but to stay since I had luggage and checkout time was almost over. Also, the so-called “deluxe” room didn’t feel upgraded at all. If that was an upgraded room, I can only imagine how bad the standard room must be. I’ve worked in the travel industry myself, so I could clearly see what was happening. Very disappointing experience and not at all customer-friendly.

Staff are good and food are good too.

No swimming pool as shown in MMT AAP ALSO BREAKFAST WAS NOT A BUFFET AND WAS GIVEN OPTION TO SELECT 1 ITEM FROM MENU

Hotel room was good. Great and safe place for family staying. Food and staff was also great. Totally recommend.

The room size is small. Hotel location is the worst. The refrigerator was stinking. And there was a weird smell everywhere in the hotel. Highly overpriced property.

No any ventilation in any room and very bad behaviour of cleaning staffs there are two manager are their but one manager was good he help us

It is a very shoddy place and the management is of no help. First I was given room in which already someone was staying and he changed his room coz the room was untidy. His clothes were even left behind.rooms are unclean and claustrophobic. Couldn't stay here for more than an hour and had the change the hotel.

my stay at the hotel was comfortable, the staff was nice and the beddings were clean. overall my experience of stay at hotel was good.👍🏻 will totally recommend staying at this place

Checked in late due to work. Reached room where the sheets were dirty. The room service was unprofessional. Highly overpriced and overrated property.

Bad experience, room in picture is totally different. No parking and in very congested area we checked out in one night only though we booked for two nights, still waiting for refund !
