electricity backup issue and room services.

Poor Room services and eletricity supply issue. Very small room. I check in around 7:45 PM. Room was not ready. They took another 1.5 hours to ready to room as per request. Although 3 guest were mentioned before hand. Then they gave wet bedsheet. Even upon repeated requests, towel was not provided
