Satisfied. Everything was perfect. Good buffet breakfast. They have pick up or drop service to helipad as well. Well equipped room.

Sarika at front desk was very helpful. Housekeeping staff was amazing. Thankyou for accommodating our early checkin and late departure request. Everything was amazing from start to end.

The hotel is located near katra railway station and around 2 km away from darshani dwar. The rooms are spacious, neat and clean. The staff at hotel is very helpful, the quality of food was very good. The stay at hotel was very comfortable.

the hotel was very well maintained and 300m from railway station. *pros* 1. great service 2. ⁠free unlimited drop from hotel to places of interest 3. ⁠great food 4. ⁠positive attitude of personnel 5. ⁠great room and cleanliness. 6. ⁠free wifi upto 02 devices per room. 7. ⁠great view of mataji hill. 8. ⁠food and in room dining reasonable prices. *cons* 1. no free pick up to hotel 2. ⁠food takes atleast 20mins to prepare however is fresh 3. ⁠check in timing is very delayed. 4. ⁠it’s better to order a lá carté rather than buffet. it’s cheaper and much better- especially any major meal. *suggestions* highly suggested and had a very comfortable stay at a reasonable price for the standard hotel provided us.. view from hotel

Being a bi-annual vistitor to the Shrine, lemon tree hotel has become an indispensable part of my yatra. Staff, service, courtesy is excellent. Entire staff takes care very well and is always an extra mile ahead. Staff at reception ensures that you do not face any challenges and are always at comfort. Most recommended.
