Excellent Stay
A very comfortable stay made possible by the ever smiling front desk manager Mr. Latif, the wait staff Fazaan, Sahil as well as the driver Akram. They made us feel welcome and cared for. The dinner was fresh prepared and lovingly served too. Being a professionally run hotel, rhe service standards were top class.

Hotel rooms need renovations specially mattresses and linens. Staff is helping and courteous. Food is average.

Comfortable hotel with clean rooms. Excellent staff - warm, friendly, and gave good recommendations. Didn’t try the restaurant but it looked good as well. Will definitely stay there again.

Good Stay Recommended!
The property location is a bit far from dal lake & other tourist attractions but still accessible. The delux rooms are good and food is delicious. Staff is very corporative

Stay at Lemon
Stayed at Lemon Tree Srinagar on 17th–18th July. It’s a small property but the rooms are quite spacious, which was a positive. I was given an upgraded room, but unfortunately, the view was of the hotel’s backyard, which was not very appealing. The food quality is good, but the service is slow, which affects the overall experience. A major downside is the exorbitant pricing of basic amenities. After the two complimentary water bottles, the hotel charges ₹150 per bottle for regular packaged drinking water (MRP ₹20)—this feels unreasonable and exploitative. The property is quite old and in need of maintenance. The water flow in the bathroom was very slow, making basic usage inconvenient. Overall, while the room size and food were good, the high pricing, aging property, and slow service make it hard to justify the cost. There’s definite scope for improvement.

Stay was okay but could definitely have been better. Dispensers in bathroom were empty. Drawers had empty wafer packets. But staff were polite.

Decent hotel, mostly average. pricing too hig
Basic hotel. Heating and hot water works. Comfortable bedding. Ambience is decent. overlooking the hills of zabarwan. Food is average but clean and eatable. Nothing spectacular about this hotel but everything works. Feels overpriced
