I rated this on 10/10 had best stay . We went for my daughter’s birthday they have arranged a simple decoration and offered a cake that was awesome . She really loved it . The staff was really so so friendly .I will highly recommend this place . We had the best stay with lemon tree premium Vijayawada. The staff there are very friendly due to some issues we needed early checkin they helped us with the early in . I highly recommend this stay

Had a great stay at Lemon Tree. The staff were very courteous. Maybe a welcome drink as soon as the guests arrive would be been good, as Vijayawada is a hot place. The Lunch and dinner spread was good. It would have been good if there was a more continental mix to cater to the premier tag. All in all we had a pleasant stay and would consider this as our stop by when passing thru Vijayawada again.

Overall it was an okay experience. The hotel is overpriced for what it offers. The rooms are basic. They do try to save as much as possible- for example changing towels and linens every 3rd day. Using very cheap quality of toilet paper etc.

This is not a 5-star property standards in the name of it not maintaining the rooms as per 5-star standards. You can understand more by looking at the pics. There are stains on sink and camod and even the suite’s sink isn’t draining water. There were gutkha stains on the walls of the room. Pathetic property. Waste of time and money.

Room size was too small and complimentary breakfast was not up to the mark , most of the times reception and room service phone was not attended by any one , , while we are entering they are behaving like a kaka hotel and no body is there to take some luggage poor reaponse

1. Overall stay was good. 2. One suggestion that for the company representative like me need early check in and that would be more appreciable..... 3. In bathing area need loofa as you are providing shower gel 4. The check-in process was slower than expected 5. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable, contributing to a good night's sleep. 6. Both the room and common areas (like the lobby, elevators, and dining areas) were spotless and well-maintained.

The place was clean, and I truly appreciated that they employ differently-abled individuals—an admirable initiative. Check-in was quick, and the staff remained consistently courteous throughout my stay. This was actually my second stay at a Lemon Tree hotel, the first being around three years ago—and I must say, the improvement in service quality is like a sea change. They are definitely doing something right, and it shows. I did have a minor issue with the wait time for dinner and found the milkshake I ordered to be a bit too sweet. However, I was genuinely impressed by how well it was handled. Customer Executive Manisha Reddy and Executive Chef K. Teja Ravindra personally came over, acknowledged the feedback, and assured me of better service moving forward. Their proactive and thoughtful response really stood out. Keep up the good work.
