All was good except breakfast attendants lack of interest/hospitality

Everything was good except the breakfast staff. They literally not responded well... they stoped showing a seat, they stopped pouring water and simply watched when I was trying hard to open the bottle... they did not ask if I wanted anything from counter... they were talking among themselves and ignoring the lot.. the elder couple sitting next to me had the same problem but they accepted the situation... on my third day stay I asked for a take away cup and the attendant next to who was wearing a black blazer on her uniform looked at me angrily and did not responded.. for a min I thought she was the customer not a worker but there was a pin on her coat... however altogether they are loosing the hospitality at breakfast time... other than that in room dining services was excellent, house keeping was excellent .. reception and front desk all are good..

We reached at 4pm and still the rooms were not ready .We had to wait for half an hour to checkin .though rooms were clean .bed spread was wet and was changed after request .Service was good at the restaurant . food was tasty and spread was good .overall good experience

it was horrible experience at the hotel during my stay early morning the huge painting felt down, i & my family were scared like anything , we immediately called the hotel lobby and they clear it of will not visit lemon tree group of hotels ever thank you and also it was my wifes birthday and during booking I have requested for some decorations and at the time of check in they were completely unaware again thank you so much for giving us a great experience
