Poor Stay
In night there is no electricity no malayalam speaking managers. No menu for food. No proper reception, no proper dining area. Not tidy. No umbrella for accompanying guest to room

Average Stay
Location: this resort is located at the top of a mountain in karimkunam in pal a thodupuzha road. You can get to the location from manathoor. Route: the road is very steep and narrow. Drivers should be cautious and take the steep only on 1st gear. Need to communicate with the resort before taking the road to avoid the opposite way down vehicles. Best time to visit: do not recommend it in summer seasons and it's best to go in rainy and cold seasons. Room: it is fiber made tent and air conditioned with below average amenities. Doors are not rain proof and water can leak into room in heavy rains and some tent have tear in the fibre making the rain dripping to the room. Amenities: 1. Swimming pool it's not very deep. But, it's a fine one. 2. Basketball, card and other games utilities are provided. 3. Restaurant, dinning area and mini theatre area. Merit: 1. The highlight of my stay ( 7 people) was the service provided by the care taker (sanjay) which was the best service we had ever received. He is alone in managing all the things in the restaurant from reception, cleaning, cooking and maintenance. He is from wb (speaks english and hindi) and he is one man army there. 2. The view from is great. Mainly the pool side. Demerits: 1. The food items are very costly and outside food is not allowed. Even the drinking water is not free there. 2. The room needs to be remodeled for the already mentioned issues. 3. The location makes it difficult to move in and out of the resort.
