staffs are very helpful but the room was very small and claustrophobic..family room are average in size but single room is very small. but the location and behaviour of staffs are overwhelmed me

Good Stay
The stay was good with a spacious room and comfortable beds. Found the bathroom slightly cramped but manageable. The best part was the caretaker ‘veer’ who was very helpful and kind

Excellent Stay
One thing that stands out after experiencing our stay in property is customer service and loyalty. The staff were loyal and even though the property was small but it was well maintained and was neat & clean. Property is at prime location and easy access to madikeri and namdroling monastery. My personal exp was i had lost my earphones that was around 10k bucks but when i contacted the property they checked thoroughly and found it and also couriered it to my home address which is really commendable. It's rare to see such services offered to customers.

Excellent Stay
Location of the home stay is close to the main road, there are resturents nearby. Owner is very humble and helpful l, overall stay was very good.

Hotel rooms are good, nearby area is lively no issues but electricity backup is low when i went there no hot water due to power outage

A nice place to sta
A nice accommodation in coorg. Wifi speed was nice & everything that were mentioned while booking, were available at the hotel. Could add more food options though. Overall a good experience.

A budget friendly comfortable and luxurious stay
Even though from the outset, leo's residency may look like a bachelor pad, but it is one of the most beautiful hotels that i have ever visited. Leo's residency is on the main road with excellent services. There is a cafe on the ground floor which serves excellent coffee and drinks. For meals, you can visit nakshatra which is just 1 minute away from the hotel. The hotel offers excellent wifi services and proper amenities. My room was equipped with a smart tv with which everything was accessible to me. With clean rooms and washrooms, leo's residency welcomed us with their humbling staff. The staff even helped us in booking a car for sightseeing in coorg. For that reason and many more, my stay in coorg became so much better because of leo's residency, and when i am coming back to coorg again, i am opting for leo's residency without any second thought.

Average Stay
This hotel give a poor look from outside, but inside the facilities are above average. It is on the side of nh275. It is seemed to a renovated lodge after making some alteration in an old house. Overall an average experience

It was budget friendly stay, room was compact yet it was clean. It was on the road. Good if you want to crash for sleep, get ready and leave to coorg.

Location
The location and entrance to the place was not welcoming. Hence after looking at the place, we did not venture to check in. Since it was a booking with no refund, we lost 1500 with this booking.

The room was compact and small. Suitable for a family of 3 only. Hot water facility was available all the time. Ceiling fan was not available. Only table fan was there. Overall a good place to stay.

Infrastructure was good but could be better in terms of ventilation and providing ceiling fans service and the behaviour of staff was good and it seems they have some fun snacks items available in their cafe.
