Hospitable hosts and the most wonderful staff. 5 Stars. From helping pull additional heaters, making a run to pharmacy, changing rooms, trip to hospital, O2 concentrator in the room, food delivered to hospital. None of this was normal and they didn’t make me feel alone even once. Thank you.

Don't ever book the treehouse. We stayed in treehouse 5 & it was infested with day bugs. I understand that there is a large garden besides treehouse, but that is no excuse for my bed & floor to be filled with day bugs - got bitten on my hand multiple times. Also, not able to sit in garden / use balcony -- again due to massive bug infestation all they gave was an all out. They should spend some time on pesticides

coupleHotel property is fine with spacious rooms but the facilities are bad. The geyser was specially bad. Sometimes it threw such hot water that it almost scalded me. Toiletries were not replaced as part of room service. The tv didn't have star sports and i couldn't watch the ind vs sa t20i world cup final. Staff were new and not very helpful. Being a wh hotel, i had lot of expectations but none were met. There are lots of better hotel at the same price.

This is a fantastic place to stay! the huts themselves are excellent - very comfortable and well-maintained. But what truly sets this place apart is the hospitality. The owner, mr. Motup, and the manager were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure our stay was enjoyable in every way. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
