IT HAS CENTRALIZED AC LAST YEAR I HAD VISITED LORDS INN UDAIPUR THERE WAS LIGHT AND AC ISSUES HERE THERE WAS AC AND STAFF PROBLEM THE CENTRAL AC WAS MAKING SO NOISE THAT WE WERE UNABLE TO SLEEP AND STAFF WAS TOO RUDE ON CALL , I HAD EVEN COMPLAINT REGARDING THE SAME ON RECEPTION NEXT DAY

they accept request for 3 person in one room. but that bed was sufficient only for 2 max. 3rd person was sleeping on floor. as they arrange mattresses on floor

Terrible Stay
Unkept rooms; the linen wasnt changed from ages. The bathrooms werent cleaned and the tap in the wash basin stopped working. The bathing upholstery was malfunctioning and fell off whilst in shower. It was a narrow escape from getting hurt. The restaurant staff lacked courtesy and we felt that we were ordering at some dhabha rather than a 4 star hotel.

Hotel need renovation
Allotted room door was very tight when I complaint Recepcnist she told me we will change the cell of the lock I request her for change the room because door is not closing I wait 15 minutes in front of my room nobody visit from house keeping then I again visit reception for fix the door because it was not operating from key then house keeping inform reception to change the room they provide another room thst do not have Set up box there was no cup behave of receptionist was rude
