The stay was comfortable. The food could have been better. The receptionist if I remember correctly Mr Liban needs to be guest centric as he initially provided us a hatch back car while charging us for a sedan, even though we had requested for a sedan with boot space since we had luggage. Moreover he had seen the luggage we were carrying and should have realised himself that it would be impossible for a family to fit into a hatch back with the luggage. On our insistence he provided us with a Sedan

How can I explain my experience in a few lines of myself and my family's excellent unforgettable sweet experience. Latest amenities to the comfort zone to the most humble and co-operative stuffs to especially the quality of food and what else! It's worth to stay like this place. I want to mention again about the behavior and the quality of food. It's worth to your hard earned money.

Convenient location, less than 10 mins walk to South End Circle metro station and Jayanagar 4th block alike. Clean rooms (our balcony looks into the neighboring house ut we didn't mind because we spent most time outside). Safe basement parking available. Polite, helpful staff. No opinion on the food because we didn't dine in - but with the range of dining options within a short walk, food cannot be a problem for anyone. It’s a good budget hotel with spacious rooms and well-maintained cleanliness and hygiene. The food was fresh and tasty, and the staff was polite and helpful too.

Attended Marriage function at Jayanagar Bangalore looking for good property., after searching a lot I settled with Lilack 3rd Block. Very friendly environment & Helping Staff. I will recomend strongly for Family stay.

Have stayed here before. The rooms were as expected. The staff was excellent and always willing to help. The gym can be maintained a little better.

Excellent location , budget friendly and and pleasant stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful at all times.I stayed in the premium category room. It was very spacious and well maintained.I had 2 meals from there which were delicious.Great stay, would recommend!

Good property. Great location, Good amenities

Bad beds. Even after joining the single cots, bed was slipping and didn't form a snug fit in the cot. Couldn't rest at all.

Hotel is located in one of the posh areas of the city. Facilities like wifi AC freeze, hotplate, microwave, iron,all are available in good shape.Staff is also cooperative.

Great property spacious rooms. Value for money. Location also good. Near by it haa a market. Metro station is walkable distance.

Overall, the service was good; notably, the staff were well-mannered and helpful. Food delivery was accepted, and breakfast was decent, featuring fresh fruit juices and dosa items. However, I felt that the air conditioning unit in the superior room was quite old and not up to standard for a superior room.

very good stay only negative is its showing smoking allowed but the room are strictly non smoking rooms if done theyll charge 2500 per day
