I found this hotel better than my expectations. The food served is also very tasty and price wise attractive too. Staffs are polite. The property is close to kit campus and that suited me the most.

I visited with my parents. The rooms are good, well maintained. The location is also great, you can easily avail cab or auto. Restaurant part of the hotel is quite active and serves really good food. But the best part are the staffs. They are incredibly helpful, well-behaved. Very satisfactory stay indeed.

Clean rooms and reasonably spacious. Washrooms are small. Food is good and there is a lot of variety available. Overall a nice stay.

I needed a place to stay for a couple of nights close to kit university. Lily inn hotel is a 5 minute walk from the kit square and highly accessible to public transportation. Its location is the best point about this hotel. The room and attached bath were clean. But i found them to be quite small. Therefore, i would mostly recommend this place for a short stay. The staff are cordial and helpful. The restaurant service may be improved. Our rent included breakfast. However, only toast and tea were available. The speed of service was quite slow. I will go back to this hotel for a short stay.

Maintenance of the property is not taken care. Small and very important repairs like doors of the bathrooms are not done. The tower bolt to close the door from inside bathroom is broken. It has to be close by someone from outside while other is taking bath or toilet. Very unfortunate.

The food is very good & tasty. Restaurant is very cooperative but hotel staff were not cooperating. There is no wifi system in the room. Bed sheet was very dirty. We asked them to change the room but they did not listen.

Rooms are good but they didn't give basic things to welcome guest. Even water they are not providing for free and food is costly. Rooms are small. They said i will get hot water but it a luke warm water in bathroom

The door lock of bathroom was broken. The hotel bedsheet was not clean. The mattress was soo poor. But the ac was chill and the behaviour of whole staff was soo good. Overall average experience
