Worst experience. Check in was arranged at 03.30 pm instead of 01.00 pm. We were made to wait near the Reception.
AC & TV were n't working.
Cleaning of Room, Bathroom, Kitchen & Balcony was not done. Kitchen was in worst condition & stinking. Balcony was n't clean.
Manager was very rude & non-cooperative.
We vacated one day in Advance & refund for 1 day was not done.
The Hotel is spoiling the reputation of MakeMyTrip. 1. We were made to wait for 2 hours for Check-in on 27.03.2025 ;
2. AC & TV weren't working ;
3. Manager was very rude
4. Room, Bathroom, Balcony & Kitchen weren't cleant ;
5. Kitchen was in a pathetic condition & was stinking ;
6. Bed spreads weren't changed ;
7. Fresh towels weren't given
8. Manager was very rude & non cooperative
