There was a significant decrease in room size from when I had visited it in early 2024. This was a huge letdown, since the sole factor of choosing this hotel was its big rooms.
Secondly, their behaviour was extremely unprofessional. During the breakfast buffet, my shirt had got stained as the milk jug was not fastened properly and it came loose. Subsequently, I gave the shirt to the hotel management to get it cleaned, with the assurance that I would receive it by that evening (my checkout was early morning the next day).
Putting it succinctly, it was a huge ordeal to get my shirt back in the evening. They repeatedly ignored my requests to give the shirt back, and were uncooperative. Finally, when I did receive the shirt back, it was still dirty. They had not sent it for cleaning after all.
Lastly, it's funny how they have provided a phone in the room when they have no intention of following up on the orders and requests that we put to reception/room service on the phone. As far as that goes, they don't even follow up on your requests even when you place them in person.
I'm NOT going there again.
