Excellent Stay
The property was spacious, everything was clean and well organised. i didn't have food so cannot comment on that aspect.

Terrible Stay
Unkept rooms lack of room service don’t get mineral water even I was ready to pay. Sofas were dirty full of Staines. White wash coming out. Breakfast served in the room in a very unhinged manner.

very poor stay i have ever stay in this range of hotels they didn't provide ac remote room keys in beginning towels are dirty and torn, no phone provide in room i recommending everyone not to go fot this

worst service & don’t book.
Shower doesn’t work. No hot water service. No towels until you go down to ask as there is no phone service and they don’t respond on the WhatsApp chat. They give water in jug. Had to order packaged water from outside. I had 8 days stay booked. I raised these issues first night these. I checked out next day for peace of mind.I request people to look for other properties. Thanks

Extremely bad
Very bad experience. Reasons here- Poorly managed property, to have food but there is no restaurant inside. The food comes from outside. I ordered food and it took 1.5 hrs for the food to reach and I also paid for the delivery rider from my pocket. The bed linen didn’t look hygienic and it started to itch which means it had bed bugs. No mineral water but a dirty jug filled with water, looking at which I lost my thirst. No instructions in the room. Only good part was the location at Golf Course Road..... must avoid property.

Poor Stay
I booked 3 apartments and hotel gave 1 to another person without my permission and then tried to allot me inferior room . MMT did not help and provide support , I have taken hotel manager down on my own and took refund of one room . MMT should be consumer friendly and must have some power to protect consumers from these situations.

Good Stay at Good Location of Gurugra
Property is at good location (Opposite Galaxy Apartment)providing access for useful deliveries to happen in short span of time. Easy to reach. All the required items present in the apartment. The staff of LimeTree was helpful and took care of our requests even late at night

Excellent Stay
I have been informed that hotel is being inaugurated recently however, staff attention is very pleasant and professional. Hotel lack Gym, and chairs for guest in room. while, other facilities like fridge and TV was not working well. which is being compensated by provided chilled water to me. rest , service are good.

Nightmare for non smokers
Renovation is running in this stay !! No proper lights , no services available , smoking odour , no smoke detectors.
