Excellent sta
Behaviour of staff was very good and they were very cooperative. The location is very close to Artemis hospital ,Mall 51 and Ardee city .

Terrible Stay
Very bad property they made me wait 2 hrs to check in nothing was available in room tv was not function ac remote was not there Shower broken mug not there, for water bottle also they charged 50rs then they made me park in a plot in night and morning they asked for 150 rs

Hotel was clean, genuine price and good market near by. Rooms were good and spacious. Nice place to stay in affordable range.

Good room space but food so so
Location is OK, Room is good just one flaw-shower knob was not there to operate. Food not upto the mark. If you take with meal plan there is fix thali. Quality of snacks is not good. Also dining area AC not working

Not Happy
Food menu is just to show that they have menu but it is ruled by their kitchen so most of times they do not have items available and you can only order what they have, well this needs to be improved as one cannot eat what you guys have available. Quality has gone way down from past. I had stayed here for almost a month and it was way better than now what it is. I extended my stay for a day but now I feel I shouldn’t have. You’ll rudely hear no for requests.

Average Stay
Hi The food and room was good . There were some issues in the bathroom . There were issues in the washroom and some kind of smell in the room Blanket was not looking cleaned Kitchen Service was prompt Reception guy did a lot of mistakes in calculating the food bill and I wasted 15-20 mins to discuss the same with him Thanks

No Gym, Average Experience
the room and service was good but they have posted photos of a neighbour gym while there is actually no gym on the property and when complained, they just laughed it off. food and beverages were pretty average and charged slightly higher while their kitchen facilities are very unhygienic. The rooms are good and the location is convenient.
