Unfriendly staff. Lot of noise were there in surrounding area of the hotel at night. Food is also very average.

Yes I have booked for my family my son and my wife and my son was sick last night and my wife asked for the soda It's not available until 10:00 a.m. In the morning and after eating this food my son was sick yep my son was sick and I would recommend it not to book this hotel because the food is pathetic very very old food food was pathetic

My overall stay was excellent. First of all, the hotel has a very spacious parking area, the staff is polite and welcoming, the room was nice, spacious, and with all essential amenities, breakfast has many varieties of options and it was delicious too.

There is only one care taker and there is no one on counter every time when u are there. U have to carry your luggage when to checkout. 4

Overall decent but it’s bad for allergic person like me where the blanket, towels and pillows everything smells like a filthy stuff.

Almost everything in the hotel is run down. The breakfast is very bad in taste. Don’t understand how lords group continues to let the hotel use its brand.

Good hospitality. Reception staffs are courteous. Rooms are good! bathroom needs improvemnts as the shower fittings throwing water aside. Breakfast is ok. Cutlery they need to focus as many are brokens & need to replace.

The hotel was good, room was also nice. However, there was no hot water in the bathroom in the morning. When i called up the reception, no one answered the phone. Wifi was unstable.

Safe atmosphere clean rooms and premises, staff are polite and genuine and awesome tasty food. Need some renovation also.
