excellent property.. very well maintained and the surrounding is amazing.. caretaker was very helpful and guided us on lot of things, including food. had a great experience.

In terms of location, it was a top notch area with lots of greenery facing huge golf course. Interiors were aesthetically done in European style.

1. Location is easy to find using Maps. 2. Situated away from city chaos, beautiful Villa with postive energy. 3. Peacefull place, one should definitely plan to get refresh from stress and enjoy either with friends, family or couples. 4. Very safe place with security. 5. Caretaker is polite and very helpful always available when you need. 6. Clean Villa with all the necessary amenities good for all seasons specially in monsoon and winters. 7. If toiletries were provided in each washroom would be great.

we are extremely disappointed with the property, having invited our friends from all over the world to spend a couple of days there. some of them have now fallen ill because of the cold and what was meant to be a memorable stay has turned into a nightmare and extreme embarrassment for us. the property is beautiful and spacious. it is tastefully done up so looks pretty as first impressions. maintenance is not good. cleanliness: the property gets discredited because of the extremely poor hygiene conditions. it seems there is no cleaner who cleans the property. the caretaker seems to be the only one doing everything which results in very poor standards of cleanliness. there was a stench in the bathrooms that we could smell as soon as we entered. all the bathrooms were extremely dirty, unclean and had no toilet rolls. there were decorations from the previous guests that had not been cleared up. the house was not cleaned nor was it dusted. the drawers in the bedrooms had items that belonged to previous guests – these were neither removed nor the furniture dusted or cleaned at all. beds were not made & blankets were not provided. they were as left by the previous guests. there were no blackout curtains in the bedrooms, leaving the rooms colder and had no privacy. the mattresses were old and worn out, particularly in the 2nd bedroom with the metal bed that made it extremely uncomfortable for our guests to sleep. there wasn’t enough heating nor was there adequate clean bedding or bed linen. caretaker was not at all concerned about our discomfort!! heating: renting out the property during peak winters requires the property to have enough warmers and heaters. there were dysfunctional heaters and inadequate warm bedding. this made our stay extremely uncomfortable and we had to bring additional bedding which made it very inconvenient and wasted a lot of time. because of the extremely cold bedrooms many of our guests fell ill and caught a cold. the power points in the property seemed to be absent. infact the additional heaters you sent us required the bigger power points and an extension cable did not help as it kept tripping. this meant that we still remained without adequate heating throughout our stay, making it extremely unbearable.

Good ambiance. A quiet place to spend quality time! the decor of the place is amazing, so you have good places for clicking photos as well.

Lovely place with very nice staff and a very cozy home. Must visit for a couple or family weekend stay.

A quiet relaxing getaway amid-st nature. The property is clean, very well done up and pleasing to stay in. The owner takes pain to personally look into the comfort of guests. Care taker is friendly and is able to look after minor requirements.

We stay in fd11 and we have good experience, the care taker name is amit, he's good cook and friendly behavior, the property is also well maintained, here's no disturbance, feeling good and we'll try to visit and book the property because we are happy with good experience. Thank you for all.

Great place, inside a gated society with villas so really safe. The host and caretaker are really good. The only drawback was that zomato/swiggy were not delivering but there is lemon tree nearby so not that big of an issue.

The place was well decorated and clean. All air conditioners and lights were working. But out of the 2 bedrooms. One bedroom had a non functional water heater geyser which starting leaking as the pipe was broken and the shower also did not work in the same bathroom. There was no way to take a bath in that room. The other bedroom had a bathtub which was not functioning. The entire villa had no buckets or mug to even take a bath. They did not even provide us with any towels or toiletries. No matter how well decorated and clean house you have. Basic necessities are a must for everyone.

Location is off the highway, interior is very good. I found the tariffs to be on the higher side. Didn't tried food so no comments on that part.

It's a beautiful property nestled amid-st green surroundings. It doesn't have a television on the ground floor in the lobby area which i think should be there. Rest all is great

Had a great experience with a comfortable stay. The villa is very pretty & aesthetically done. One can easily find glimpses of living in (little) italy.
