The approach road to the hotel was in terrible condition due to rains, which made getting there quite inconvenient. Parking is another nightmare — the property can only accommodate 6–7 cars, and you’re required to hand over your keys at the security gate for valet parking. Unfortunately, the valet team was extremely unprofessional, speaking rudely and even using abusive language at times. This left a very poor impression.
On the positive side, we were allotted one of the newly built rooms above the reception. It was spacious, well-designed, and felt fresh even during the monsoon season.
The restaurant, however, is heavily overpriced. making in-room dining quite expensive. Instead, we chose to enjoy a walk on the beach and dined at a nearby shack called Silver Sand — highly recommended.
What disappointed us most was the overall hospitality. The staff seemed disinterested, never greeted or smiled, and the general atmosphere felt unwelcoming.
Overall: The hotel fell far below expectations. Apart from the room, the experience was unpleasant — from parking chaos to staff behavior and overpriced dining. I would not return to this property and cannot recommend it to others.
