property was very good, big and specious rooms, room service was also good. just that i didn't get the fasting food there during navratri but that was ok. cleanliness and hygiene was proper. facilities were good. Reception was warm too.

good for accommodation. not good for food quality and multiple reminder for basic room acceseries.

Room service is not up to mark . The call is not attending . But the reception staff is too good , highly attentive .

Location : far away from railway stn and airport . Food was good Services was very very poor When i checked in ac was not working. At start Hotel denied availability of rooms inspite of me booking rooms one week back , and that too full amt paid in advance and written confirmation . Through out my stay in 2 days intercom was not working and they were problems in the lock key. Each and every time I need to call and the open the door with their master key

Room with balcony was not given on priority. Toiletries were all very poor condition all cover were wet. No Internet and no proper buffets available though I booked the dinner included.

Worst Staff Experience. Breakfast is on the top floor where you have to step on. Lots of noise in Mid Night for re-developing construction. You can't sleep with this type of drilling machine noise.

The guys at the front office need to take their jobs seriously. The support team was not at all bothered to act immediately when required. Allotted a used room which was yet to be redone post somebody, who has used that room checked out, on checking with them got to hear galti hogayi , later on replaced the room waited in the passage for 30 minutes to get the hk staff to come back with a key of the another room.. Extremely poor handling of such a well placed property... The hk was average with uncleaned linen and WC.. need to improve the approach and services.. Food was excellent ...

Aakshi at the reception is not professional and does not have sense of customer service. After multiple reminders she was incompetent to get my washroom clean from housekeeping. Plus, her unapologetic behaviour was icing on the cake...

Good location with well maintained rooms, nice place to stay during your travel to Rajkot situated on ring road.

Not getting response properly from front office lady and she is not aware how to guide to guest for reach hotel. I was finding hotel since one hour. There is no parking in hotel. I have parked my car at outside hotel which was risk place. Bathroom facilities incomplete things as per requirement shop for bath.... ordered Mango Juice which is not real test and it's flouvrded only. I think Oyo better service.
