The hotel we booked cancel-led by the property 26th dec. The issue was informed to make my trip helpline on 23rd. The issue was resolved by allotting better hotel near my booking location. The issue got resolved soon.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at lotus bay view hotel and overall, it was a delightful experience. The picturesque location along the sea provided a serene atmosphere that made for a relaxing getaway. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was well-appointed, clean, and offered a scenic view of the surrounding landscape. The attention to detail in the room's decor and amenities contributed to a comfortable stay. In conclusion, lotus bay view offers a tranquil escape with excellent service and amenities. I would gladly recommend it to fellow travellers seeking a peaceful retreat with a touch of luxury. The only major drawback was that the hotel does not have an in-house restaurant which caused a bit of a difficulty during the stay.
