Our stay at MS lotus Resorts was wonderful.The rooms were clean and spacious with beautiful views.The morning buffet was delicious and staff service was warm and attentive. A perfect place to relax and enjoy nature.Highky recommended for a perfect gateway in Kolli hills.

Terrible Stay

Experience with Lotus Resort & Inn was terrible, Property was good looking from outside only, but when we entered inside the room everything was disgusting. Toilet was not clean, paints were peeling off from the wall. Blankets were smelling like they've been used. Also blanket was torn, dirty. It was not worth the amount we've paid for the stay.

The property is located near town called semmedu, which is good location. The hotel has got decent rooms with a balcony. This property looks new with a restaurant serving tasty food with nice people looking after the guests. Big parking facility too and generator back up when power goes off. Recommended for staying as a group or family

I book this property via MakeMyTrip in that has mentioned as the rooms or air condition and I booked a room that is deluxe with Park view or the Garden view, but when I checked in did not give me that there is no air conditioner and also they gave me a room without any view, and upon further questioning, they gave me a room with roadside view

1. Not even a tea bag or cofee powder sachet were provided. 2. Room was not sir conditioned. Actually I did not noticed it at the time of booking. I presumed it as AC room, because of the rate and name of the hotel! 3. Even drinking water provided on the second day of our stay was charged. 4. No hangers or provision to hang clothes. 5. No soap dish in the toilet. 6. Food is good, but costly and not worth the price. 7. The waiter refused to serve coffee on our table for the paid buffet breakfast. Poor service. For all above reasons, overall I rate the facilities below average.
