This property is located near the market. The caretaker is so sweet and helpful. She is just a call away with any questions. The rooms and pool areas are good.

Villa was very good and the caretaker was a great person... She made everything available at one call and whole villa and pool was neat and tidy

Swimming Pool : ladder broken Geyser : not working Shower : hot water not working Kitchen : not adequate Laundry: not to the mark Beds: not to the mark bad backache Cloth stand : broken Iron, washing machine: not available the security deposit before checkin which was taken Wifi- very slow seems not working correctly

The villa for the stay was given away to another set of guests. The alternate arrangement was very untidy. The manager / owner was very rude. She asked us that if you don't like the alternate villa feel free to find another knowing very well that it will be difficult on the long weekend. There was loud noise in the villa right next to the villa. There was only a small partition between the 2 villas and smoke and noise was coming from the adjacent villa. Refrigerator, tv and geyser were not working. There was no microwave as was written in the details. Location is difficult to find.

The property is quite good. Very cooperative staff. Villa is clean and hygiene. Wifi isn't working only drawback. Rest everything is upto the mark

The A3 bunglow we booked was not at all the same. cons: 3AC installed in the bedrooms however the remote where either misplaced or Cooling not working or the remote not working. There were only 5gm of humam soap and 1rs pouch of clinic plus shampoo in the washroom. No toiletries are available. The towels were silk-based hence the water was not getting absorbed properly. The stairs were pitch black at night as no lights were working there. The kitchen trolley when opened was stinking. We went for just 1 day to celebrate and now when I complained they are asking for evidence not sure we will give stinking problem evidence.

We had a great time at host upjit’s place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and neighborhood the apartments are very quiet! would absolutely recommend to stay there.

Lugani’s villa is an extremely beautiful property and it has everything that you might need. The property host upjit was extremely helpful and always had a smile on his face. We reached a bit early and they were helpful enough to give us an early check-in which was very much appreciated.
