We went with friends and family and stay was really enjoyable. There is a big garden and a private clean pool. Check-in was very smooth and then there was no disturbance. Host mr. Upjit is polite and helpful.

The place was well kept and had everything needed for a big family. Host upjit was polite and helpful, was also accommodating to our needs considering we had senior citizens as well as infant with us. Good place and i recommend it to all.

The place was spacious, comfortable and enjoyable. Balconies overlooking the woods, the pool, the activities, it was all a great combination. The service was quick by host upjit. P. S. The bluetooth speaker was a thoughtful touch!

Amazing location & a beautiful property. It's perfect for two families. The pool is nice & cozy and suitable to enjoy for two families. Spacious rooms and bathrooms, the private personal sky lounge to enjoy an evening, the chef was good and prepared tasty homely food for us. The host upjit are always around to offer help. We had taken some delicacies to barbeque so they set up the barbeque for us. Definitely worth it!

The villa is located close to the city centre. It was well maintained. The swimming pool was clean and had purification system. The rooms were very spacious. The caretaker was very helpful but he was made aware about the booking 10 mins before we reached so arrangements like fresh towels, soaps etc were done after we reached. The rooms were little smelly because of the rainy season dampness in bedsheets, pillow covers etc so had to use room freshners. Overall it was a good experience and we had lots of fun.

Property is not worth 23, 300 rs per day. It didn't have a proper lock so we couldn't lock the property. Food tie ups with local restaurants are not good at all. The food we got was very poor. Beds, bathroom and rooms were decent but it had roaches in them too. I suggest to only opt for this property if you get it for 10, 000 per night and you manage your food separately. I would not give more than 2 stars out of 5. The only good thing about the property was the pool and caretaker.

It was very bad experience because i have booked whole villa for 15 adult and 2 children and they provide us only 2 extra mattress. Then i called to host he did not provide mattress and then i called to villa's owner she was like dnt call me for all this.
