Overall is okay but outside of door is very dirty

1)Kitchen Utensils were insufficient and in pathetic condition 2) Cockroaches found in microwave and kitchen 3)Sofas were torn, cupboard doors were broken. Furniture was not in good condition. 4)Swimming pool was having died insects on surface water 5)Table near pool and around area was very dirty and floor condition was pathetic 6)Water bottles for drinking water were open and roaches roaming inside. 7)Hall has no proper ventilation. 8)TV was not working, small music system was switching off due to insufficient battery life even after recharging multiple times. 1)kitchen was dirty , utensils were dirty and insufficient for cooking 2)Kitchen and microwave had a lot of cockroaches 3)Pool was having died insects 4)Beside pool table was having lot of dust, poolside floor was pathetic and dirty 5)king size bedroom sofas were torn,ground floor bedroom cupabard door was broken and came out while sliding 6)Ground floor living room has no proper ventilation 7)Overall condition of villa is pathetic and not worth for money paid

Horribly maintained place. There is no kitchen. Villa is very poorly maintained. No reception. No one to contact. Bed sheet is smelly. Pool filters are not working. Switch boards broken. Water purifier not working. Above all the surrounding is filled with burning tyre smell due to a warehouse at the back side of the property.

The stay was good, the villa was clean and well furnished. The pool was a blast and enjoyed every moment over there

We expected better amenities and service for the price we were paying. Pros- 1. Zomato deliveries 2. A small but private pool 3. A small terrace with some decor for party ambience cons poor maintenance overall - appliances & furniture 1. The fridge was not working, 2. Furniture was second hand with some portion torn n burn marks 3. Microwave had cockroaches 4. No proper utensils to heat n serve food when we called the owner about the fridge not working, she was rude. We were told the earlier customer didn't complain so how can the fridge not work now. How am i supposed to know may be they didn't use. Instead of taking note of an issue and helping us out, the tone was rude and indifferent the caretaker helped us out here to stock our food in a working fridge in another villa

I would highly recommend this place for a family. We had so much fun in the pool. There were plenty of indoor games for the kids and the place pretty spacious. Host checked in with us from time to time and we appreciated all the help. I would definitely return whenever am in lonavala.

The villa is great and spacious. Very comfortable. The host upjit on-site were also very helpful and friendly. Clean rooms and bathrooms and an amazing view. This place is great if you want a quiet time away from the noise the city

The villa is more than amazing. It is exactly as shown in the photos. Would definitely visit it again in future. One of the best place for a getaway and great host upjit is.

Would totally recommend the cabin as the view from up there is just gorgeous plus the food and services are on point by host upjit and his staff.

Mr. Upjit is a great host the place was drop dead gorgeous, it was spacious and amazing for family and friends. The pool was also great. The food was delicious, cohos-ts tan-vi and tanya with their staff was welcoming and the place was just perfect, would visit again for sure
