It was a good and decent stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. However, there was a bar located just below the hotel, which wasn’t mentioned in the MakeMyTrip description or photos. Since we were traveling with kids, this came as an unpleasant surprise, though fortunately there wasn’t much disturbance. Apart from that, everything else was fine and the stay was satisfactory.

Room and cleanliness was good,but the amenities were not so good.For two guests they didn’t provide brush shampoo etc and also there was placed a used shampoo.Netflix and amazon prime apps were not working in the tv and it didn’t felt like a 3 star hotel.Not worth the money

I had a wonderful stay at Lumbini Supreme Business Class Hotel, Thrissur. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and well maintained. The ambiance gave a perfect balance of comfort and luxury. Staffs were extremely polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is very convenient and easily accessible. The food served was delicious with good variety, and the service was quick and efficient. Overall, it was a truly pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and family stays in Thrissur. Will definitely choose this place again for my next visit.

I feel not well in these rooms,I received bad rooms, no maintenance... i think they gave a bad room

Location and Security: Upon arrival, we experienced a cumbersome security check. The security personnel insisted on physically verifying the booking confirmation inside the premises, leaving us waiting in the car, partially blocking the road. This delay not only felt awkward but also seemed inefficient. A more streamlined check-in process at the gate would greatly improve the guest experience. Room Amenities: The room was clean and adequately furnished, but there were some notable gaps in the amenities provided. Although the room included a mini-fridge, there was no water available—a basic amenity expected in any hotel room. Similarly, while there was a kettle and sugar provided, there were no tea bags or coffee, which was disappointing. It felt like the room was only partially stocked. Key Card Procedures: Obtaining the key card to our room involved a strange procedure: the staff insisted on taking a photo of us for their records. This felt unnecessarily intrusive and raised concerns about privacy. A more conventional approach to issuing key cards would be appreciated.

The place is far from thrissur town. Some how in the search it came. The stay is fine. But there was no hot water for shower. Breakfast menu is very limited. Idly and up-ma only.

I stayed at this property for one night only. The place is very quiet and stay was comfortable. The shower curtain needs cleaning or replacement. Complimentary breakfast was just basic. Parking space is limited, but the security will help you get a place.

Lumbini supreme was very good suite room. The staff was very supportive. The breakfast was very tasty. The room was spacious and very neat.

I stayed with my wife and kids for a day at the hotel. Cigarette smell was all over the room. Tv wasn't working and it took repeated calls to desk for service. Hot water wasn't available. At evenings you can see a lot of drunkards near the entrance which will make you uncomfortable while going out with family. If your intention is to booze around with your friends, you can go for this hotel. Haven't tried anything from the restaurant. So can't comment on it.
