Review Of Lumino Karthika

Rooms were ok. We got 2 rooms for one night. In my room bucket was not there. And someone was trying to open my room door in the middle of the night. That was a horrible experience. There were 3 power cuts during my 12 hour stay. Had to tell them multiple times to carry luggage to the room.

we stayed at Lumino Karthika Lodge for two days. The experience was average overall. The TV and hot water were not working, and the service was not satisfactory. The room facilities were just average. However, the breakfast provided was good.

Disappointing Stay at Lumino Karthika The toilet had a bad odour, and the bedsheet and blanket were clearly not clean. It was an uncomfortable, sleepless night. I couldn’t wait to check out and wouldn’t recommend this room to anyone.

very poor experience, first of all the receptionist is not friendly. and the TV is not working. i tell the reception guy, and he told me the manager repairs the TV. Nobody come🤦🏻‍♂️.and i booked breakfast included, and their is no breakfast in that hotel he tell "the breakfast is another hotel, only 1 km sir"🤦🏻‍♂️. i book the hotel because breakfast is in the hotel. all photos are are fake

It was a very bad experience. The room and bathroom that was initially given to us were very bad. Then after requesting, they changed us to a new room the next day. The TV in that room was not working, and despite complaining many times, there was no solution. Also, since hygiene was not maintained at all, we checked out a day earlier and left.

we were asked to wait around 40 mins after the check in time (for cleaning the rooms which have been checked out about an hour ago) . cleaning also wasnt very satisfactory. the pillows had severe mould growth. there were also chairs which had considerable mould growth which required cleaning. this place urgently needs maintenance. also there werent soaps placed in the bathrooms.

The stay was terrible out there. The staff were not cooperative at all. Every time we called for assistance. Suddenly they will vanish somewhere. The cleanliness part was oh God i dont wanna say about that

don't ever go to Lumino Karthik ,worst ever stay in munnar,I don't belive that how Make my trip has tie up with this kind of Hotel,Totally Waste of money and very rude Receptionist

Doing Cleanness of hotel, pilow put in clean and good condition, water flow from tab doing well.... Plz

My recent stay at this property was below average, and I wouldn't recommend it. While the room was just average, several issues made the experience disappointing: No Working TV – The set-top box was deactivated, making the TV completely useless. Old & Worn-out Room – The room felt outdated, with an extremely old cot/bed that was uncomfortable. Cupboard Without a Handle – Opening the cupboard was a struggle. If you're staying here, bring a screwdriver because that's the only way to open it! Noise Issues – The loud campfire sounds from nearby properties lasted until 10 PM, making it hard to relax. On weekends, it's worse due to DJ parties from neighboring hotels. If you want peace, do not book on weekends. Deluxe Room is a Scam – There’s no major difference between the Standard and Deluxe rooms except for the price. There’s no balcony, so you're just paying extra for nothing. The only good thing was the availability of hot water. Final Verdict: If you want a peaceful and comfortable stay, avoid this place—especially on weekends. Not worth the money! 🚫

I am extremely disappointed with the hotel service. I booked a deluxe room as shown in your app, but they gave me a standard room with no amenities as mentioned in your app. They said they only have deluxe rooms (which are shown as standard in your app. While booking through your app, i paid rs. 1735 more for this standard room, which is only rs. 1300. The standard room had no balcony or toiletries. They said it was an mm t mistake.

The room was not clean. Foul smell in the room. No room service. Sarroundings of the hotel is too poor. We have to go to another property for breakfast.

overall stay was good. spacious rooms. clean bathrooms.staffs were also nice. the hot water is not available in the mentioned hours. but they fixed the problem as soon as we informed them

It’s should some budget hotel category. Service and hotel facilities really very bad. Bf given also horrible one, no choice for breakfast and that also we have to go different location

Room not clean, we don't like, hotel atmosphere, bathroom tab water very slow, very bad view from window, but staff behaviour is good.

rate o the room is quite high, facilities are not available for example laundry, no room service except hot water.

Very worst lodge i have ever seen. High budget but low maintance very bad experience in my munnar trip for this lodge

Location is very near to munnar town that's really great. Good amenities. I took room without food. Service wise also good.
