The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

The property was located 10 minutes walking from munnar bus stop. Rooms had ventilation. No fans and ac required in munnar. Staff is good. Hot water readily available. Drinking water provided. I loved the view from hotel.

Very good stay at a comparatively cheaper rate close to munnar town. Rooms and toilets are kept very neat and orderly. Behavior of the staff was very good.

Location is good and silent place. Service is good. Receptionist behaviour is good. Restaurant not open. Food not provided now because of covid. Just walkable distance other restaurants.
They provided sanitizers in main areas and room. They are keeping social distance. Neat and clean room.

Hotel location. Car parking, room cleaning, and everything super. Room service really was great. I am check-out the room but I forget mobile charger in room. That room guy called me and give. Really safe and stay.

The hotel is located very close to city & other tourist places. From hotel rose garden close to 5 km. Bus stand also just walkable distance. Front office assistance is marvelous. Hotel team nicely explain the direction of visiting places & arranged necessary co ordination.

It's a decent place you can spend some money on if your plan is more about staying out from morning to night and coming back only for sleeping and few hours of late night banter with your squad. I said this because this place is more of inside the city from where you can't get a scenic view from you room window (they don't have balconies). If you want to spend good time in your hotel as well as want some beautiful treats for your eyes, I'll suggest spend some more and go for resort like places which are mostly 10-15 km outside Munnar but at strategic location. My case was totally different. My group was with a plan demanding minimum time inside the closed rooms. So, we went for this place, as it was not anyway digging holes in the pocket and a really comfortable place to sleep out some 7-8 hours in night. Summarizing all, if you don't want to invest much on accommodation and want a decent clean and comfortable stay. This place is for sure a must pick.

Nice and decent place. Superb location. Few but negotiable problems like fixed timing for hot water. I managed to avail free WiFi also. Courteous staff. Breakfast made available at a separate place at a stone's throw.
