The Location of Simrita's beach house property is excellent, being close to the beach and good restaurants/bars. The Staff is polite, responsive, and helpful, making the stay comfortable. The Amenities are good, with daily housekeeping, security, and an optional cook. However, the property requires maintenance, with peeling walls, moldy exteriors, and a hazardous terrace. The Cleanliness needs improvement, with stained sofa, bedsheets, and internal/external walls. Despite these issues, the property offers a cozy and rustic feel, with a great view of the sea from the rooftop terrace.
