The location is great and happening with a lot of restaurants and cafes around. The property is conveniently located in one of the main areas and offers a comfortable stay. The house is in a great location with a beautiful view. The location is perfect and well-connected to the airport, station, and local restaurants. The place is located in a well-connected prime location of Patna and has multiple car parking facilities. The location is awesome and the entire unit is enchantingly beautiful. The view from the open terrace will definitely enhance your mood.

Cleanliness

The cleanliness of the property needs improvement. The bedsheets were torn and had holes in them. The linen didn't look clean. The whole house needs a deep cleaning. The maid comes at 11 am and cleans the house very shabbily. The utensils are not maintained properly. The glasses in the bathrooms are transparent and have no curtains or view blockers. The air conditioner is too small or not working properly. The whole apartment has glass sliders and glasses which make the room hot and give a sense of insecurity.

The cafe downstairs serves good food and has lots of options to choose from. The Le Baliya cafe at the ground floor serves hot and delicious food at the property itself. The food at the restaurant at the ground floor of the apartment is great. The restaurant downstairs has good food and is reasonably priced. The cafe downstairs is nice and serves good snacks at a great price. The food is amazing and you can have amazing food in the cafe downstairs.
