The property's location was unexpectedly full of construction over the floor and the labours movement was very high, the cleaning was not done properly, no towel, no brush, no any amenities were there. Very bad experience.

I was not allowed to take the room in accordance with my booking with the result i along with my family suffered a lot with terrible emotional disturbance. This state continued for 2 hours and later on the owner allotted some other room which was extremely dirty with all sort of mosquitos n filth.

I checked in at taj studio which is far better very good quality good service and clean. There was security at ground floor reception and on 17th floor where i stayed. Taj studio i give a top 5 rating for their services. Good for bachelor boys or men staying for 1. 2 days. For business trips and meetings. Also this studio is inside a posh mall. Gaur city mall.

I have experienced the worst stay of my life, ac is not working, water is leaking from the wall of the property, after your arrival they sent housekeeping staff to clean the property, washrooms are dirty, did not expect this from taj, no recommendation for this property, choose another one
