Everything was same as shown in the picture. one of the sweetest and best hotel to stay View from the window was. very nice. As a family I would love the service . They treat my grandparents very respectfully

Room cleanness was good, room service was good. Couples are accepted, i booked from makemytrip. One thing i would mention here is there was no tv in the room. Overall rating is good. Nature of receptionist was good.

My experience in this hotel is average i already talked to the manager of the hotel. My check-in is early and he says that no issue sir you come and we'll do your check-in early but when i visit there i'll wait 2 hours for my check-in that was a total waste of my time if they don't have rooms so why do they accept bookings. But one thing is ok that rooms are clean and hygienic. Thats why i give an average eating

Hotel seems to be a 3rd class hotel. Despite booking a double delux room, there are no toiletries, bedsheets are unwashed and stained, room cleaning is very poor, there is no tv in the room, most of the electric appliances such as lights, fans etc are not working. Room service is very very poor. Here is one incident: i told the room service boy to send a bathing soap, he said 'ok' and left, after waiting for 15 min, i called the reception and requested for the soap again, he said 'ok' and hung up, after waiting another 15 min, i went to reception and found that the boy on the reception is busy watching youtube and didn't care what we asked. I then asked again about the soap, and his reply was 'we dont have soap. I then went out myself and purchased the soap. My experience with this hotel is very poor.

It was not bad, ac was not working. Had to sleep in cooler but due to no ventilation room got so humid and even fan was not working. When i entered the room it was full of strange smell. That are better hotel then this.

No tv in the room the commode seat was broken bathroom floor was dirty my room number was on 3rd floor and lift was not working housekeeping service was very bad all tabs in bathroom were so dirty

Not perfection as per picture as shown … Staff was good but the buidlding condition was so worst and lift is not working you have to go with ur luggage 4th floor by stairs
