Location is good as it is away from the town and noisy market. Food is tasty and served on time. Staff members are hospitable and friendly. They are always at our side. Room on the top floors are more comfortable and clean

Rooms are clean, modern and adequate for 2 pax. It was a very comfortable stay for us. Bathrooms are well maintained and overall, excellent property and stay! breakfast was delicious with multiple options, definitely a thumbs up for quality and taste. The location of the property is also a plus. We missed the high tea and the staff courteously arranged coffee/ rea and cookies for us! thank you!

It was a very comfortable stay. I was there for an exam and it was exactly what i needed. The staffs fixed the bugs immediately and breakfast was healthy and good.

The property and the service was nice and catered to the expectation and location was well situated. Although guests could have to compromise a bit regarding the food due to some unavailability during dinner time but you are guaranteed a good breakfast.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days from 25th july to 27th july. I have booked 2 rooms for total 5 family members. They have provided me two inter connecting rooms. The staffs of the hotel are very courteous. The hotel is very clean. Food also excellent. In my next visit to kolkata, it will be my first preference. Very good for family stay. The food is awesome & cheap compared to other equivalent hotels. Complementary breakfast is also superb, just like any 5 star hotel.
