⭐ Review for M2 Square by Monday Premium, Nagpur ⭐. We had a very good stay at M2 Square by Monday Premium. The hotel is clean, peaceful, and great for families. We had booked a Superior Room but were upgraded to a Premium Room, which was a nice surprise. The food was delicious, though prices were a bit high. The room menu card had cheaper rates than the restaurant one, and we were charged as per the room menu, which was fair. All staff were polite and helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Srushti Gaikwad at reception for making our check-out quick and comforting. Overall, a pleasant stay! Special Thanks to Make My Trip 👍

I booked twin bed room big room but they provide me king size bedroom. Small Completely water bottle not good change water bottle bis ..... or aqu.... kinley.

location food amenities were good but service is not proper specialy in restaurant. we have ordered tea But for a normal tea they are taking 20 to 30 minutes and same situation happen in terrace restaurant also we have order a normal butter roti but this also have we have wait for almost 10-15 minutes we have also ordered masala papad but they first serve main course and after that they enquire about masala papad order. Rooms are good. Underground car parking. Food taste is good. Location is also. Limited options in breakfast.

Very nice place to stay, clean and good rooms well furnished with all items, tasty food at restaurant. Though staff seemed less in number, but all well behaved and helpful. will choose to stay again when required.

This was our 5th stay. Found out from MMT and its reviews helped so took a chance and found out to be true. Harsh, Ankur and other staff members really helped. Food is also good. Room were really tidy and fresh.

Though a small property, but the rooms are squeaky clean. Good food available for room service. The breakfast spread was not very elaborate (may be due to the size of the restaurant). Only thing the management need to work on is training the staff at the front office and restaurant to be more courteous and customer friendly. Had to escalate to duty manager (Nitin) for extra bottles of water. Had to call 3 times for water and eventually had to speak with the manager. Up-skilling definitely required for the staff as mentioned above. The best and most helpful staff was Satish (security/bell boy). He definitely deserves a raise as his smile and friendliness will make you forget the other staff’s behaviour.

location is good, even rooms are clean but the staff is not at all welcoming. also they have very short staff in restaurant, you need to call them again n again for anything you need.

It was amazing experience good but there is no balcony in premium and all these entire hotel and room doesn’t have smoking area. Everything is good but atleast add smoking zone.

This was the third time I stayed in this hotel. The stay was pleasant, the room was awesome and spacious and clean. Though they have limited breakfast options but the service is good. The location is also easily accessible from station and airport.
