The room was clean and the hotel was also good but kitchen service was not available during my stay so I had to check out early.

Lived there for a day but as compared to my last stay the room was not good and even lunch is not available all the time. I got a good room at last time and this time I paid but average room was only provided

The room could have been better with hot water supply through tap for bath, body wash, shampoo etc. There was no kettle or any tea coffee packets for refreshments. There were no packed mineral water bottles no refrigerator in the room. The service from the staff is excellent if you call them for any help. you can order food online to this place as well

i reached varanasi at night 1 am and hotel staff provided me all the help to reach the hotel. the room was superb and too clean. all amanties working and morning continental breakfast was awesome. this hotel deserves to be good rated.

Cleaning was horrible, Lots of Mosquitoes are in the room, Telephone is not working, electric cattle was not available in the Room

High price but facilities are not available .breakfast included but not serve properly .Room are normal

They prefer very dirty room to online booking, they offer a very dirty room and very bad behaviour with customers

Rooms were not clean neither washrooms and not value for money. Also breakfast was pathetic too much of oil with no taste

Very near to varanasi railway junction. Food was good. Sevice was avarage seems to be overloaded with tourist visiting kashi darsan after maha kumbh mela.

This hotel is 27 years old, as confirmed by the staff, and it is the worst place to stay in terms of hygiene. There have been no renovations to date, and the washroom resembles a public toilet. The rooms are nothing like the pictures—what you see is completely misleading. Honestly, the so-called premium room I stayed in had around 50 mosquitoes. It was a terrible experience. Say no to this hotel. I used others' photos because I didn’t feel like capturing any pictures of this property due to its poor condition.

The stay in this hotel quit good but the bathroom geaser is not working properly. But the food in this hotel is very good i love the taste of food there

Room was bit smaller than expected but they arranged a fruit breakfast on special request. Also there was little difficulty in locating the hotel. More signage for location will be a better idea to locate the hotel.

Property is at prime location, food taste was good but there were mosquitoes in room so cleanliness needs to be improved.

The location does not show accurately took me round about and got me back. The ac in my room was not working but then they changed my room a bit small was only there for a night so it was okay
