The hotel is great with spacious rooms and polite staff. The location is central and has good access to public transport. Got pretty decent place for the price, definitely a recommended place!

Located in the heart of dharwad, clean and hygienic place to stay. Staff is cordial and well behaved. No restaurant but food can be ordered through room service. Affordable room tariff.

The stay was great and the room was very spacious and comfortable, staff needs to be trained well especially the reception as they are unaware of replacement of toiletries and water bottles every day but the overall experience was good.

The approach and the building is very run down. However the service and rooms were excellent. We had large spacious clean rooms with hot water. The bathrooms were clean. I would recommend this place

It's a nice stay in m are residency lodging and boarding, dharwad. The property was located in a prime area & very easy to assess. The property ambiance was very good & staff were very friendly.

Mr residency’s room and bathroom were clean, very comfortable, and staff was amazing. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check-in early at like 9am. We got to hotel super early and this was a big plus. They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. It has near by basappa khanavali, benne dose hotel, shops, metro service bus station and service bus stand is few mins walk away. I highly recommend this hotel for family and friends.

This property is well connected to all the city centres. Entrance is small, but when saw the room size, amenities and cleanliness, it is fabulous. The staff is good and cooperative. Overall nice staying place in dharwad.

Liked staying here👍🏻 The hotel is newly made, and the rooms were huge ! We booked a room via MMT and then later upgraded to an AC room while checking in. The rooms were clean and tidy, without any issues. The location is a huge advantage to this hotel, it is right on the busiest junction of the city. Definitely recommended.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Rooms were very spacious and well ventilated. The beds were very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It is situated in a very good location with access to easy transportation and good restaurants around. Very good value for money.
