Upon check-in, I found that the hotel premises were under construction, causing excessive noise, dust, and overall disturbance. Moreover, the hotel failed to provide even basic amenities such as soap, shampoo, toiletries, and towels, which amounts to a serious deficiency in service and a breach of the promised standards under which the booking was made.

The property location is at a very charismatic place and also hotel service is at point from check in to check out. Would be always choosing this hotel whenever i visit katra.

First of all staff bhut hi rude the room ka first impressions to accha tha but bed me bedbugs the blanket me gandi smell aa rahi thi menu me bhut se item the but available sirf roti and sbji thi cleaning staff ek baar bhi cleaning ke lie nahi aaya sirf gaane sun raha tha all time . Na hi dusting kia usne na mopping bas ek chiz hotel ki acchi thi vo thi washroom jo clean tha baaki sab ke lie 0 number mere hisab

Stay is good but required more facilities and attention

There were holes in the bed sheet, blankets were not clean as one of my friend had an infection on her face the next day. Also, the property was not properly maintained. Yes, the stay was cheap but it wasn’t worth it to stay. Dorms are more way better than staying here.

it was strike . nothing was available .. but authority stretched beyond their limit .. went quite a few extra miles to accommodate us as we had 4 senior citizen in our group .. it was like blessings … with sh them all the best
