I love the hotel, love coming to the hotel again when i travel on business trip and it’s my home away from home. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and i wouldn’t book anywhere else. Compared to my other travels and the hotel’s i stay at the hotel are above the rest!” i have stayed at some of the best hotels around the country and world and the i hotel is right up there with them. ” your staff is one of the most professional. Your front desk staff manjula is very courteous who can always make our stay comfort and takes the feedback about the stay at all the times which is most important in the hospitality. I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Moradabad. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much.

Decent stay, but not worth the price

I recently stayed at this hotel and, while it had some good aspects, overall it didn’t live up to expectations, especially for the price. The amenities were quite basic and could be improved. Room hygiene was just about average, with noticeable areas that could have been cleaner. For couples, the lack of services and attention to detail was disappointing. The overall atmosphere was decent, but considering the price, it didn’t feel justified.

Kind of ok, it seems like a newly built property with access to nearby market, but their wifi was slow, on day 1 tap had muddy water, their room service guy was asking for tip, room was comfortable but kind of dirty, dust was all around the table, tea kettle wasn’t even washed once and it was smelling like hell. I will rate it 4/10.

Location was perfect, food quality was also good, but in terms of stay- they didn't provide the ac remort they said remote is not available with them rooms are very compact in size and overpriced

Booked the highest category room still got a dirty filthy room, spider webs and dust layer everywhere, muddy water, ac makes noise, all in all pathetic stay

Hotel is full of mosquitoes, could you believe there is no water in the toilet, rooms and the hotel is terribly dirty and the intercom is also not working, i found an empty whiskey bottle in the bed side drawer, it seems that the room was not cleaned before my checkin

Worst location, no parking facility as mentioned by makemytrip, even mmt does not verify before offering to customers. No lights in the room, oil spilled all over the rooms, bathroom not clean, 3100 charged for such a worst experience. Not suitable for family strictly.

Whole lobby and rooms are smelling very bad and staff were lazy and drunk, they doesn’t provide food to us even we booked a complementary breakfast in it
