Good Stay
The property is located at a convenient location near Mall road; the valley view is ok. Offers good breakfast with multiple options. The kitchen service is only till 10.30 which should be atleast till midnight. Comfortable stay for family, with kids room, lounge and lawn area.

Avoid the property!
Went with family and stayed for 3 nights. Property far from Gandhi chowk and one has to climb steep slope to reach, difficult for senior citizens and cardiac patients. Property is old and not kept upto mark. Food quality is average and not standardised, Breakfast spread and quality is sub-standard. Same dish tastes very different the next time, quality of food average. Linen also ok ok. No mobile network accessible

Definitely recommended for a stay
The property is in a prime location, very close to the mall road. All the staff including manager Saibal were extremely courteous ensuring our stay at the resort was a comfortable one. It's a fairly old property and the Sarovar Portico brand has ensured they take good care of its upkeep and maintenance.

Madhuban Sarovar Portico is a beautiful property located at a prime spot where the Mall Road was just walking distance and the valley view was mesmerizing. the staff was very cordial always ready to help you in any kind of way even at midnight if you required something they were there for you. housekeeping reception dining area everybody was there all the time look taking care of you and catering for all your needs I was very satisfied with the hospitality and the vibe of the property. it was the clean clean property at a height and I am happy that I made the choice thank you so much sarovar portico with love to visit again

Poor Stay
I wish for the management and service managers of this hotel to have their family vacations similar to the experiences they render to their guests, whether it is the passion and commitment towards making the stay comfortable and relaxed or whether it is about the quality of the food and servicing around it. Nature shouldn't allow them anything more than they have to offer. The property is in a very well maintained state - the location is also just right to avoid traffic wors and yet be closer to mall road for leisure walks in the evening. Linen, food preparation/gastronomy, in room dining hours - in need of serious and immediate attention!

Average Stay
Food was good. Maintenance of rooms to be improved example shower holes should have been opened. Main door lock was not working. Room cleanliness issue. Had to go to balcony for Valley view.

Unpleasant food, got stomach issues, and the place has not that good views, you can’t see doon below from any of the rooms

Clean and spacious rooms nice view good food room amenities should be improved a little- no bathroom slippers, no iron, toothbrush kit was not there, had to be asked

terrible stay at sarover portico
Service was very poor not as expexted. Staff behaviour was so rude and in night at 11:20 PM STAFF denied for serving water bottle he was saying that kitchen closed thats why water bottle are not served
