Worst property ever in manali..... almost in remote area

pure satisfaction homestay worth for my money

Nice ambience and good staff. I enjoyed very much. They are very friendly. Food was good. View of outside is very good. Cleanliness of dormitory was excellent.

There was no water at the property

Location is good. The property is a mess now, there is no water at all in washroom. Property manager is also not answerable at all. It is like we cannot do anything. Simple and not popular properties are better than MadPackers. We waste one day not even water available for basic things like brushing and bathing. Very bad experience and it was very unhygienic

Great location in Old Manali, really wonderful with roses and cherries being the forte of the property. Good vibes only🤟

The dorms were really nice, the washrooms were clean, the location was really good and food was lovely and affordable, loved it

it was very clean. i really liked the garden with lotsof flowers and virw and movie night was best

It was Quick Good Experience there was a Private Garden also witch looks Beautiful and the view from it taht Was Little amazing. But there was a small Problem Like in the property there was No Private lockers To keep Your Thinking Safe other wise Good experience.

They Room which we got was poorly maintained, with paints coming out of the wall, The bathroom didn't had water for more than 30 mins, We ordered 3 coffee which came after 1 hour and tasted like burned milk with coffee powder added to it. The hostel is poorly managed. I am not going to recommend anyone to stay in the hostel

Its great place to stay, lovely views of the Himalayas with lush greens and so many flowers. Must recommended.

I had an awful experience staying at this hotel for one night. The management is extremely poor, and the manager's behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Instead of addressing concerns, the manager spoke in an unacceptable and disrespectful manner. The condition of the beds was beyond terrible. The bed was cracked and in a very poor state, making it unsafe to sleep on. If you are staying in the dormitory, beware! The upper bed was cracked, which could collapse anytime, putting the person below in danger of serious injury—or worse. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel. Staying here is not just uncomfortable; it is dangerous. You are risking your life by sleeping in such poorly maintained conditions. Do yourself a favor and find a safer place to stay!

No service provided by the manager, cleaning is unhygienic at room. I understand the conditions of mountains but i’m also from himachal so they need to prioritise service before anyone visit. Poor services

like any other madpackers stay this had every basic necessities. common areas were good and clean. room was also good for the price. we checked in on the property as early as 7:am and at room around 12:30. and checked out at 8 pm. (technically our belongings were there) . so this was also a great thing about madpackers
