This is poorly managed property very poor cleanliness in washoom poor plumbing water heater not working in bathroom on 13th evening, we got one hot water bucket from reception next day we asked for hot water but no one turned up to time we checked out so we had no other option to use cold water for bathing in morning we ordered tea at 7. 00 am it took more than one hour to get tea. There were stray dogs roaming which was safety concern. One dog took away shoes. So instead of enjoying stay, we had to search for shoes for one hour.

My recent stay at magic o do mar beach resort was nothing short of enchanting. Nestled along the pristine coastline, the property's location is a true paradise for beach lovers. With the sound of crashing waves as a constant backdrop, i couldn't have asked for a more idyllic setting. The food at magic o do mar beach resort was a gastronomic delight. The on-site restaurant offered a delectable range of local and international dishes, expertly prepared and served with a smile. The seafood was particularly outstanding, fresh from the nearby waters. Amenities and services were top-notch. The resort's pool, spa, and water sports facilities kept me entertained throughout my stay. The attentive and friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.

Magico Do Mar Beach Resort is not inside Diu city, It's just outside, but that doesn't make me rate it terrible, it's because of the reasons below: 1. Value of Money: Terrible, Rooms are not clear, No intercom for room service, Bathroom tabs are old and are not maintained. 2. If by mistake you see their kitchen, you will not eat food from them, it's so unhygienic. 3. Wonderful location absolutely on the Ghoghla beach 4. Property is not maintained at all, Manager is friendly, but has no idea on customer service 5. Electric fluctuated for hours and they don't have proper Generator even. 6. This hotel should not charge more that too only because of the location rest nothing is good. 7. Bedsheets are not clean, room is not that clean.

Staff and owner are very friendly. Property is like wine old and good at the same place. But a must things to remember “property is listed in gujarat and you cross diu boarder to reach here so. I hope you understand carrying alcohol and crossing boarder will be very hard on pocket” be safe.

The property in itself is very good. It has direct access to the beach too and a wonderful open area. However, the rooms badly need a makeover. My room was full of cobwebs. The waste from the dustbin from the previous occupant was still to be found in the dustbins when i checked in the room. I found cockroaches too. Water pressure in the taps were very fluctuating. Sometimes, it was very good while sometimes it was a struggle to even fill a cup. Room maintenance and cleaning needs to be focused upon badly by them. Food was fine. No issues.

magico do bar property is very good and kind of heritage property. situated location is excellent. good quality is ok ok. they need to improve on cleanliness of rooms and improve sercvice. rest all is good .👍

Tasty food, good service, natural place

This was one of the first beach side resorts in gujarat. Now due to a fishing village it is impossible to even enter property at 6 pm. Had to check into another hotel at diu and lost all our money on mmt.

Improvement in service is required.

Hospitality is nice here. Beautiful area around the premises to just have walk in morning or evening around. Step 2 stairs and it’s beach ahead from the property. Loved the time there.

Great food quality and neat and clean cottages here. I extended stay from one to 3 days.

The property is fairly old but is getting updated after the taukte cyclone. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The best part of the property is its proximity to the beach. It seats right on the beach. We simply loved its quiet and solitude. The food is good. Breakfast though not lavish is delicious. On the whole, good place to stay, away from the crowds.

Best place to spend leisure time with your loved ones or family. Property has its own private beach. Property location is litter bit out side of the main city but that adds a beauty to its beach as there is less crowd on beach.

Intercom ke nam pe landline phone rakha ha tha jo connect nahi kiya ha tha, photo dala ha hai 5. Rs dene ke bad bhi apko es i third class service mile.

Most worst experience. 1. My brother in law goes for toilet at 5 am in washroom. Water was not coming in washroom at morning 5 am. Called manager and he told that security guard might forget to turn on the motor. Is this the kind of answer they are supposed to give? water came at 6 am. Has to wait 1 hour in washroom. 2. Cleaning of room delayed after so many reminder. 3. Even filling of waterjug in room takes 12 hours 4. Even manager hesistant to provide fresh towels in the morning. 5. No hot water coming in my room. I found that no geyser installed in my room. Geyser was installed next day after calling manager. I have booked hotels many times through mmt. But never had such a bad experience. Mmt should take responsibility and duelist this type of pathetic hotels. Should help us in providing refund from hotel as they unable to provide basic facilities.

Loved the location. It's at the outskirts, away from crowds and so peaceful. The rooms are spacious, with a good garden, personal swing n personal varandah. Didn't find the interiors very impressive. It needs maintenance. The bathroom wasn't all that great. However, the resort is just on d beach giving it a touch of serenity. Didn't find variety in restaurant. Had limited menu, but the staff was courteous n went an extra mile to make us comfortable. With respect to current pandemic, i didn't find d place sanitized. There's no temperature check, nor sanitization done. The resort makes u feel at home. Only suggestion would be to maintain the property.

The room was comfortable and the washroom was clean. The location of the hotel is nearby the Beach. The staffs are very friendly and polite. The hotel is neat and clean. I will recommend this property to others.

The room was good but interior was not good according to the price. Services were not up to the mark but breakfast was good. The washroom was untidy. The location was best and staff behavior was also good.
